Castellated polystyrene insulation panels are laid onto an existing flat surface, normally with DPC membrane below. Underfloor heating pipe is laid into the insulation and sheet Aluminium plate is then placed onto the polystyrene panels, allowing the heat to be spread. The polystyrene panels are supplied with a thickness of 50mm. |
This is especially beneficial where dry finishes are required to eliminate the wet trades, such as plastering and sand and cement screeds. Completion of construction is dramatically increased because there is no drying out or curing period. |
